Ingredients
1–2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
Juice of ½ lemon
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp powdered ginger)
Pinch of cayenne pepper (⅛ tsp)
¼ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon Pink Himalayan salt
8–12 oz warm filtered water
Instructions
Warm the filtered water—do not boil.
In a glass, combine apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
Add ginger, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon.
Mix in the Himalayan salt.
Stir well and let sit for 2–3 minutes.
Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
