A calming, fat-burning herbal tea made from fresh or dried lemon balm, lemon, and ginger. This lemon balm tea recipe supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps regulate appetite—perfect for a natural weight loss routine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)

  • 1 slice lemon (or 1 teaspoon lemon juice)

  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional for metabolism boost)

  • 1 small cinnamon stick (optional for blood sugar balance)

  • 1½ cups filtered water

  • Stevia or raw honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  • Bring water to a gentle boil.

  • Add lemon balm, ginger, and cinnamon to a mug or teapot.

  • Pour hot water over the herbs and cover.

  • Let steep for 7–10 minutes.

  • Strain, add lemon, and sweeten if desired.

  • Drink warm—best 30 minutes before meals or in the morning.
